Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us at Covetail. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used grooming products.

Please contact us at hello@covetail.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without a return request may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted for eligible products purchased directly from Covetail online.
  • Items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Opened, used, altered or damaged products cannot be returned.
  • Final-sale and personalized items, if applicable, are not eligible for return.
  • Covetail reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help make it right.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect, damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect, damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request an eligible return after receiving your order.
